These terms are an agreement between you and KlipDeals ("KlipDeals", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website you accept them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the service

KlipDeals is a free coupon and deals directory. We collect publicly available promo codes and offers, test and score them for confidence, and rank them so you can find discounts that are more likely to work. The service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

You may use KlipDeals if you are at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Coupon accuracy and Health Scores

Promotions change constantly, and every merchant sets its own terms, exclusions and expiry dates. We work hard to verify codes and assign each one a Health Score from 0 to 100, but that score is guidance based on recent signals, not a guarantee.

A code may stop working at any time, may be limited to certain products or regions, or may require a minimum spend. Always confirm the discount actually applies in your cart before you complete a purchase.

A Health Score reflects how likely a code is to work based on recent outcomes, shopper votes and freshness. It is not a promise that the code will work for your order.

4. Acceptable use

When using KlipDeals, you agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, harvest or copy the site or its data at scale, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.
Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or spam content, or impersonate another person or merchant.
Reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

5. User submissions and votes

If you submit a code, report whether one worked, or otherwise contribute content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, adapt and distribute that contribution as part of the service.

We are not obliged to publish or keep any submission, and we may edit or remove contributions to keep listings accurate and useful.

6. Intellectual property

The KlipDeals name, logo, design, original text and the compilation and scoring of listings are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Store names, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance on KlipDeals does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Affiliate links

Some outbound links to stores are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to you. This never affects a code's Health Score or its ranking. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

8. Third-party stores

When you click through to a store you leave KlipDeals and enter a website we do not control. Your purchase, returns, shipping, pricing and support are governed entirely by that merchant's own terms and policies. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, your dealings with any third-party merchant.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KlipDeals is not liable for any loss or damage arising from expired or invalid codes, missed savings, reliance on a Health Score, downtime, or your dealings with third-party merchants.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
