What the Health Score means
It's a single number that blends three signals so you don't have to guess. The higher the score, the more recent evidence we have that the code actually works.
The three signals
- Outcome data. Did the code actually apply a discount at checkout? Confirmed successes count for far more than guesses.
- Consensus. How many shoppers agree, weighted by how recently they tried. Ten "worked" votes from today beat fifty from last month.
- Freshness decay. Confidence fades over time until a code is re-confirmed, so a score you see today reflects today, not a win from weeks ago.
Why scores change
A code can climb or drop within hours. A wave of failed attempts pulls a score down quickly; a run of fresh successes pushes it back up. That movement is the point. A static "verified" badge tells you nothing once a promotion ends, but a living score does.

Why did a high-scoring code still fail for me?
A Health Score reflects how likely a code is to work, not a guarantee. Merchants set their own rules: minimum spend, excluded products, region limits and expiry dates all vary. If a code fails, tap "didn't work" so the score updates for the next shopper.
How fresh are the codes?
We monitor offers around the clock and let freshness decay built into the score, so stale codes sink automatically. The codes near the top of any store page are the ones with the most recent positive signals.
